My experience extends to delivering double-digit growth for Gerber and launching Maison Perrier in the US market, achievements accomplished while leading the Nestlé account prior to joining Digitas North America in 2025.
My passion lies in crafting compelling brand narratives and developing innovative work across diverse platforms. I'm particularly adept at expanding creative influence beyond traditional advertising, as evidenced by my success in building a dedicated creative team to serve and grow the CRM business for World of Hyatt, Hyatt's global loyalty program. My creative approach is rooted in a blend of traditional craft and an effectiveness-first mindset, prioritizing data-driven, behavioral insights and personalized experiences.
Recognized as an award-winning creative, I'm honored to have led the Ad Council's impactful "Tear The Paper Ceiling" campaign. This initiative, which successfully influenced policy makers to broaden job opportunities for skilled workers without a bachelor's degree, received widespread industry acclaim, including four Effie Awards and the B2B Winner at the PR Week Awards in 2024.
My professional journey is supported by a Master's Degree in Design and Technology, and I've had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional talent at leading agencies such as Ogilvy, Dentsu 360i, R/GA, and Universal McCann.
